An Early Session

In August 2021, I found notes I took in April 2021. I wrote these well before starting this site.

  • I had been just…..not getting back to people and I fixed that and I feel so much better.
  • I felt every feeling from 0/10 I hate everything to 9 or 10/10 life is great. I get that swings are natural but it feels like too much of a swing.
  • Yesterday in particular was stressful but….it started well and ended well. (What made it start and end well? Start: good feedback // End: more good feedback, making music)

more aware

Knowing when to go to coping subroutine.

  • I tell myself I don’t need to do it.
  • Take more breaks.
  • Don’t do well with things dangling.
  • Add chaos? No.

It reminds me of my failure and that’s uncomfortable.

He says: you are too hard on yourself.
I acknowledge: I am not self-forgiving.

I shouldn’t have to do it.

Why “should”? Make more streamlined or efficient.


Having fun is “productive”.


Meditating 5 minutes every day will make be have a better day.

  • negative to positive instead of neutral to positive

Not using coping skills when needed.

  • [ ] Periodic check-in: when? how? once per hour.
