I started therapy in earnest in spring 2021. In mid-summer of that year, I decided to digitize a subset of my notes from therapy. I decided to do this for two reasons:
- it’s a forcing function that gets me to take my notes seriously and process them. The conversation does not end when the session does.
- it might help you, dear reader. I am a big fan of podcasts like Where Should We Begin, How’s Work?, and Other People’s Problems where we get a sneak peek into the therapy sessions of others. I’d be curious to read a website like this one, from someone else.
